Headbands Galore!!!

I was going through my scrap-graveyard trying to think of something to do with all of those yummy, yet tiny pieces of fabric. I saw a post over at Happy Together , where she made some headbands for her daughter's teachers. After looking at the picture...I said "I can make me some of those!"...and I did.

(Please ignore the scrubs in the pictures...yuck)

They are super soft and reversible!! This one was a tester, but I have many more scraps to kill!

The next two I made were inspired by my new love for rolled-fabric-flowers. These take even less material! I've made some earrings that I love, as well as some flowers on hair pins, but the headband means BIGGER FLOWERS!

This one was made to match a dress I love but don't wear enough...this should encourage me to put it on.

I love teal and brown together, so I had to use my scraps to whip one of those color combos up too! Don't you love the pearls in the flower centers??

I'm pretty sure I'll have one of these for every outfit if I have enough scraps laying around! The beauty of the rolled flowers....no sewing required!!! Just a little patience and a hot glue gun. I can't wait to let Gray "help" me with some of these projects when she's older...and when she can actually wear a headband.
